AVOID 123inkjets.com !
I strongly recommend you avoid 123inkjets.com. I’ve spent over thirty forty minutes on hold, no emails returned, order is weeks late, parts of their website is broken.
I only took the chance on them because I get like 18 points per dollar spent on my credit card, but it looks like now I need to call Visa and have them remove the charge and try and fight this out for me.
Update: After being on hold for 55 mins I finally got through to someone (I’m tenacious). After a lot of run-around, they claim my order has been “lost”, and I need to settle this with the Post Office. Good thing I have the fine people at Visa on my side. Chargeback-ahoy!
